Why Triangulation Matters

No single research method is perfect. Each has blind spots:

  • Analytics show behavior but not motivation
  • Interviews provide depth but may not generalize
  • A/B tests measure outcomes but not understanding

By combining sources, you compensate for individual weaknesses. When multiple methods point to the same conclusion, your confidence increases.

Practical Application
