Accessibility Statement

rapid user feedback GmbH is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Scope

This statement applies to the website busch-labs.at in all language versions (German and English). The participant panel and internal administration tools are not covered by this statement.

Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Implemented Measures

The following accessibility measures have been implemented:

  • Skip-to-content link to bypass navigation (German and English)
  • ARIA landmarks for page structure (header, navigation, main content, footer)
  • Full keyboard navigation support including focus trapping in dialogs and modals
  • Visible focus indicators (2px accent outline) on all interactive elements
  • Support for prefers-reduced-motion: all animations and transitions are disabled
  • Minimum 44×44px touch targets on all interactive elements
  • Accessible forms: labels, error messages with aria-describedby, aria-invalid states
  • Color contrast meeting AA requirements with additional non-color indicators (link underlines)
  • Correct lang attribute in HTML and hreflang alternate links
  • Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy
  • aria-live regions for dynamic content updates (form messages, chat)
  • Cookie banner with dialog role and focus trapping

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, the following limitations are known:

  • Some footer links may have suboptimal contrast ratios in certain contexts
  • An automated accessibility testing suite is not yet implemented (planned)
  • Alt text coverage has not been systematically audited across all pages
  • Mixed-language content blocks do not always carry their own lang attribute
